Most Armchair Operator products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after checkout is complete. Because of this, our return and refund policy is different from a traditional retail store that carries inventory.
Made-to-Order Products
Most products sold by Armchair Operator are printed or produced on demand. Once your order is placed, the item is sent into production and made specifically for your order.
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, reprint, refund, store credit, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Size Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept exchanges for sizing issues.
Please review the size chart before ordering. Apparel sizing can vary by product, brand, cut, fabric, and personal fit preference. If the item you received matches the size you selected at checkout, it is not considered defective or incorrect.
Color and Print Variation
Product images, mockups, and design previews are for general reference only. Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment color, fabric type, lighting, printing method, and normal production variation.
Minor differences in print placement, color, scale, or appearance are normal for print-on-demand products and are not considered defects unless the item is materially incorrect or flawed.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Orders may enter production shortly after checkout. Once an order has been sent to production, we may not be able to cancel, edit, or modify it.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Armchair Operator is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because of an address issue, additional production or shipping costs may apply if a replacement order is requested.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
Armchair Operator is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing, stolen, or not received.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with:

Additional shipping or production costs may apply if a replacement order is requested.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.
Armchair Operator is not responsible for customs delays, refused shipments, abandoned packages, or fees charged by customs authorities or delivery carriers.
Shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and import costs are not refundable.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, clearance items, limited drops, discontinued designs, gift cards, custom products, personalized items, and digital products may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to a confirmed production defect, misprint, fulfillment error, or other issue for which Armchair Operator determines a refund is appropriate.
