Shipping policy
Processing Time All Armchair Operator gear is printed on demand and ships directly from our fulfillment partners. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days before they ever leave the facility. We know that's not instant gratification, but good things take time — and so does quality tactical apparel.
Shipping Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If it's been more than 10 business days since you ordered and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, check your spam folder before filing a missing persons report.
Expedited Shipping We do not currently offer expedited or rush shipping. Plan accordingly, operator.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
